You Can Return Your Order If:

• You were unsatisfied with the product’s quality.

• Your dog mistook it for a toy and tore it apart.
• It had an unfortunate encounter with ice cream—no questions asked!
How to Make a Return
Though we’re sad to see you go, we’ll do our best to make the process easy. Just follow these steps:

• Provide your order number to confirm the purchase. We accept returns for orders made through SillyNot.com, Etsy, or Amazon.
• Third-party purchases: If you bought from another seller, we cannot guarantee product quality or process returns.
2. Check Eligibility:
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final.
• Digital products are non-refundable, but if you encounter any issues with downloads, contact us, and we’ll help you resolve the problem.
Charges and Refunds
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping fees, but we’ll refund 100% of what you paid us. Original shipping fees will not be deducted.
• Restocking Fees: We don’t charge any. Refunds will be issued to your original credit card or PayPal account.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
